Vasectomy

Financial Considerations

Most insurance companies cover the cost of a vasectomy with standard co-pay, deductible and co-insurance of the plan you are in.

However, we strongly recommend that you contact your plan to be sure vasectomy is a covered service and to understand any applicable copay, co-insurance, or deductibles. Vasectomy is CPT code 55250 and is billed as an “in-office” procedure. If vasectomy is not a covered service you will be responsible for the bill.
